In accordance with the Constitution, the affairs of the Australian & New Zealand Association of Paediatric Surgeons are managed by an Executive Committee who:

1.     Control and manage the business and affairs of the Association;

2.     May, subject to the Rules, Regulations and the Associations Incorporation Act (1981) exercise all such powers and functions as may be exercised by the Association other than those powers and functions that are required by the Rules to be exercised by General Meetings of the members of the Association and;

3.     Subject to the Rules, Regulations and the Associations Incorporation Act (1981) have the power to perform all such acts, matters and things as appear to the Executive Committee to be essential for the proper management of the business and affairs of the Association.
